Our Theory of Change & Impact Approach

From root challenge to lasting impact.

Sustainable development begins by investing in people. Here is how we move from community need to measurable, lasting change.

Theory of Change Pathway

Five stages, one multiplier effect.

Needs & Challenges

Youth unemployment, poverty, limited entrepreneurial opportunities, gender inequality, humanitarian needs, and limited access to education.

Foundation Interventions

Entrepreneurship development, leadership training, skills development, women's economic empowerment, humanitarian assistance, and mentorship.

Immediate Results

Improved knowledge and practical skills, increased confidence and leadership, better access to opportunities, strengthened resilience.

Intermediate Outcomes

New businesses established, increased employment and income, stronger community participation, empowered women and youth leaders.

Long-Term Impact

Thriving young entrepreneurs, resilient communities, reduced poverty, and a generation of ethical leaders driving Cameroon Vision 2035, AU Agenda 2063, and the UN SDGs.

Our Five-Step Impact Model

Delivering sustainable change through community-led development.

Rather than isolated projects, we design integrated programmes that address root causes and create sustainable pathways.

1

Identify Community Needs

Consultations and needs assessments ensure interventions are locally relevant and community-driven.

2

Build Capacity

Practical training in entrepreneurship, leadership, vocational skills, and financial literacy.

3

Create Opportunities

Mentorship, business incubation, networking, and pathways to employment and markets.

4

Strengthen Communities

Volunteerism, outreach, and youth-led projects that turn participants into agents of change.

5

Measure, Learn & Scale

Continuous monitoring and evaluation to strengthen accountability and replicate what works.

The Model, In One Story
I came in needing a job. I left knowing how to build one — and how to help two other young women build theirs.

Her path traced the same five stages behind every pillar:

Need: unemployed after secondary school Intervention: Enterprise Fellowship training Result: business plan & starter capital Outcome: tailoring business launched Impact: two more women now employed
